It’s been nearly two weeks since an abused 7-year-old Bronx girl died — but cops who said they were waiting on autopsy results before making an arrest in the case still haven’t charged anyone.

Autopsy results showing Julissia Batties died of “blunt force abdominal trauma” have been available since at least Aug. 16, the city medical examiner’s office told The Post.

“I want justice for my granddaughter and I don’t understand why no one is in custody now.  If the Medical Examiner called it a homicide, why is no one arrested yet?” said Julissia’s grandmother, Yolanda Davis, who had custody of the child for most of the girl’s short life. “You all said you were waiting for the Medical Examiner and now you got the results from the Medical Examiner and nobody has done nothing yet.”

There was a known history of violence in the child’s home, and an alleged admission from her 17-year-old half-brother that he punched Julissia eight times in the face the day she died — though it was later determined those blows were not what ultimately killed her, sources have said.

The assault happened while their mom, Navasia Jones, took a 5 a.m. trip to the store, sources said. Hours later, Julissia, who was due to begin second-grade next month, began throwing up, prompting Jones to call 911.

Authorities arrived to find Julissia’s lifeless body, with evidence of past trauma all over; Jones claimed her daughter had fallen and hit her head on a desk, sources noted. The girl was brought to Lincoln Hospital but could not be saved.

Sources from the NYPD and the Bronx District Attorney’s Office previously told The Post they were waiting on autopsy results for Julissia before filing any charges.

But the NYPD said Friday only that the case is considered a homicide, and an investigation remains ongoing.

“The detective told me he is waiting for the DA,” said Davis, who believes Jones and the half-brother are responsible for Julissia’s death. “So when are they going to get the people who did this in custody because those are the only two people who should be in custody — the mother and the brother.”

Julissia was put in Jones’ permanent custody just months before her death.
