The Governor of Sokoto State and Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Governors Forum, Aminu Tambuwal, has summoned an emergency meeting for Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 5 pm.
The meeting will discuss recent developments in the party.
In a brief statement signed by the Director General of the PDP Governors forum, C.I.D Maduabum, Governor Tambuwal, however, urged members of the main opposition party and other stakeholders to exercise patience as efforts are being made to ensure continued stability of the party.
