Chalk this one up as a win for the younger female fans - Joe Jonas is joining The Voice Australia in 2018! The 28-year-old American musician will take his seat alongside Boy George, Delta Goodrem and Kelly Rowland, all of whom are returning to the show - and it's UK singer Seal whose spot Joe is snapping up.
In a press release sent out by Channel Nine, Joe sounded pretty bloody thrilled with his new gig. "I couldn't be more excited to be a part of a massive show like The Voice, especially getting to do it all in Australia where the fans are amazing," he said. "I had a taste of the show in the US this year, so now I have the knowledge to take #TeamJoe all the way in 2018."
Joe, who rose to fame as one-third of the Jonas Brothers alongside with his brothers Kevin and Nick, is the lead vocalist for band DNCE and just recently got engaged to Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner. He'll bring with him a dedicated social media fan base of over 21 million and, no doubt, a whole host of new fans for The Voice. See Joe's announcement tweet below!
