Incumbent Hernandez Declared Winner of Disputed Presidential Election

Election authorities in Honduras have declared incumbent president Juan Orlando Hernandez the winner of the disputed November election, while the opposition loudly cries fraud.

Hernandez won a little less than 43 percent of the vote while leftist challenger Salvador Nasralla got less than 42 percent.
