Yes, the ARIAs is an award show for Australian artists, but the guest of honour was Harry Styles, and on the night he picked up the award for Best International Act. His win was announced by the cast of Pitch Perfect 3 (Rebel Wilson, Ruby Rose, Anna Camp and Brittany Snow) and on his way to the stage Harry stopped to give Lorde (who was also nominated for the award) a kiss on both cheeks.
In his short, gracious speech Harry thanked his fans, his label, and congratulated Australia on the result of the Marriage Equality Survey.
